Build Strong Foundations in Management
The Team Leader Apprenticeship has been developed for Junior Managers, Supervisors and First Line Managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity and who wish to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge.
Successful apprentices will also be awarded the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership.
Who is it for?
Front line or junior managers within an organisation, example roles might include Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson and Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
Supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and the use of resources. Delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships.
Qualification Level
CMI Level 3/Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership plus Foundation Chartered Manager Status.
