We have been working with ioda since 2022 who are delivering our L5 Coaching apprenticeships to our employees. Initially we engaged with ioda to support us with the apprenticeship which would also support our ambitions for our coaching community in the Department.
Since engaging with ioda, we have found Lisa and her team to be highly professional and helpful but also their vast experience and understanding of the programme has shone through. Apprentices and Line Managers are complimentary of the experience the apprentices are having and whilst it is still fairly early stages for many of our apprentices, we are seeing the ROI starting to show in the work the apprentices carry out.
